Vulvitis: Vulvitis is a yeast or other infection that can create itching on the outside of the labia. Have your OB MD check out the area to make sure that there isn't this or other growths on that area.
Dr. Charles Whiting
Obstetrics and Gynecology 27 years experience
Yeast?: Vulvar itching can be from a yeast infection. There are also other causes. You can try and over-the-counter yeast cream like Monistat. It is safe in pregnancy. If that doesn't work, it would be best to have your Ob do an exam and see for sure what is causing the itching. Best wishes!
