Knee vibration: This is fairly common in people your age. It is probably due to mild muscle/nerve trauma causing the muscle fibers to contract and relax quickly. It should go away in a day or so. We call it a fasciculation. Some times it progresses to a cramp. You should do mild exercise and stretching until it improves.
