Depends on normality: Normal people are not the same color all over. That means everybody has lighter and darker parts. If a person is darkening normally, that is ok... but if due to sun exposure, sunscreen (and clothing and shade) does help. If the neck and armpits are darkening, one's primary care Dr. can check to see if it is normal. If nipples and genitals are darkening, that is usually fine, but the Dr. can check.
