Is your head hot or: are your hands cold. Your head may feel hot because you are dehydrated and your hands are cold. This would cause a headache. Try increasing your intake of fluids and salt for a day or two and if you remain concerned seek a medical exam.

I've been having back of head headaches for about two months now. The steriod they gave me didn't help and made me feel like my head was on fire. Heat helps a little but now the pain radiates down to my neck and back. Working out doesn't effect it?
