Better not: for children less than 2yrs old, as for any meicine over the counter: read the labels carefully, and if your child is really suffering, please check with her/his doctor, goodluck

If you toddler has allergic reactions, allergy testing should be performed to guide avoidance of the allergens. Please check with your Pediatrician, regarding the dose. The symptoms of respiratory difficulty, cough and wheezing should prompt a visit to the urgent care center or Emergency room.
