Please see Dr.: Rashes are difficult to diagnose without seeing them. It's best to take Ender to the Dr. for evaluation.

Hard to comment: The rash could be related to strep, but the positive sibling should have it to if it was. It could be due to a medication reaction, or unrelated to either, but a viral gut issue (diarrhea).I'm afraid a visit would be needed to sort it out.
