See your PCP 2 start: Unfortunately, there isn't quite enough information to make any kind of educated guess for you. The experience of needles "piercing" or "pricking" is one that is seen in many different disorders (often with a neurological involvement). As this type of pain usually stems from a misfiring of the neurons and how the signal is received in the brain. Start with your PCP to rule out basic disorders.
