Sure: I use Tazorac (tazarotene) for acne as you describe with Hydroquinone 4% to lighten up hyperpigmented areas and even out skin tone. These two medicines are easily prescribed in a Prime Visit!

Mirena (levonorgestrel): Sounds like you have the Mirena (levonorgestrel) IUD which releases a progesterone which is very androgenic (similar to male hormone). Many women like the way it reduces or eliminates menstrual bleeding. But some women get acne, especially along the jaw line. Some experience unwanted facial or body hair. Some notice thinning scalp hair. You need to remove the IUD and begin spironolactone orally, an antiandrogen.
