No: Your mum gave you an A or a B and a + or a - (since we don't know if her + was homozygous or heterozygous); her eggs were: A+, A-, B+, B-. Your dad gave you an O and a + or a - (same argument as above); sperm O+, O-. Your possible genotypes from your mum & dad as stated would be A+, A-, B+, or B-. These sorts of things can cause problems in families. What happened 19 years ago is in the past.
