I havnt grown in 4 years, im 18 5'4 is it possible to start growing again. my dad is 5'10 and mum is 5'4 i get most of my characteristics from my dad.

Maybe (not) . . .: Go see your family doc and get an xray to determine your bone age. If your growth plates are closed, then you won't grow any taller. If your growth plates are still open, then you'll still grow (just not fast enough). But that bone age xray is best way to answer your question w/o guessing.

Not likely: Unfortunately, by 18yo, it is extremely unlikely that you will grow any taller. It appears you did get some traits from your mum. Be happy for who you are.
