I havnt grown in 2/ years, im 18 5'4 is it possible to start growing again. my dad is 5'10 and mum is 5'4 i get most of my characteristics from my dad?

Depends on situation: If your bone maturity is that of an 18 yo your growth centers are closing & you are likely finished growing taller. A simple xray of your wrist & hand can be analysed for bone maturity & if it is more like a 15yo you may grow more.Once the growth centers close you are done.
