Probably not: This is unlikley to be malignancy but could be a stomach ulcer. An ulcer can lead to bleeding which can cuase dark stools, lead to anemia, headaches etc. IT would be best to see your doctor and get some checked and run some basic labs as you have not receovered appropriatly form what sounds like a typical viral enteritis
