Pulse monitor often shows my pulse rapidly varying second to second, i know small changes are normal but sometimes the variance is +/- 15 bpm. normal?

Rhythm: Normal sinus rhythm is not like a clock, it can vary and the pulse montors have their own instrinsic errors, so i wouldn't get too nervous about rate swings like that.
