Arm, jaw, chest pain: This is not something that can be diagnosed without an examination and additional information and medical/dental history. You have multiple problems that should have been examined long ago. They may or may not be related: possibly medical abnormalities, dental (infection or TMJ), or reactions to stress. Please see your medical doctor and dentist ASAP.
