You are the parent: so you make the rules. Tell her if she screams she cannot watch a movie even once a week and stick to it. If she continues to scream, send her to her room. Do not allow her to have a TV in her room or any electronics, just books. Hold your ground, children do not want to be able to get their way by screaming. Have her earn the right to the one movie a week by not screaming all week.
