Go back: to your GYN doctor who can take a CULTURE to define the kind of infection you have...Its important since it sound like the kind of vaginal/cervical infection which does not respond to the "usual" local vaginal treatments! You may need oral antibiotics as well. Do this ASAP since CHRONIC infections can lead to sterility (Pelvic Inflammatory Disease)! Good Luck Hope this helps! Dr Z
