How does she FEEL?: This is strongly suggestive of liver disease that needs a workup but it will not give a diagnosis by itself. Alcohol, medication effect, hepatitis B and C, Wilson's, autoimmunity, iron overload need to be ruled out. This may just be nonalcoholic fatty liver and her liver asking for a fitness-focused diet and exercise.
