Pregnancy test: Have you done a pregnancy test? If your periods have been regular before, you have been trying to conceive for 3 years, and your period is now 3 months late, the first thought is that you might be pregnant. If not, after 3 years of trying unsuccessfully, it is time to see a fertility specialist. Good luck.
