Not an infection: Marijuana smoking does not lead to bacterial infections. You can kiss someone who smokes with no greater risk than kissing someone who doesn't. There may be other reasons not to kiss him/her, however. Are you worried that the fact that this person smokes marijuana somehow makes them not "right" for you? You should generally only kiss people who you really care about and trust.
