No: Vaginal yeast or bacterial vaginosis are not transmitted orally. In fact, they are not transmitted at all from person to person as they are not sexually transmitted diseases.

No.: Both yeast and bacterial vaginitis like warm, moist areas, but the lips aren't hospitable to them. The exception might be oral thrush which is a yeast infection of the mouth and throat, but, your kissing partner would have to have a depressed immune system, and you would have to be a contortionist to deliver the infection from your vaginal area to your partner's mouth. No worries there.
