Yes: It is possible to have endometrial thickening again 3 yr. after a D&C but is less likely since you are on the northindrone which is a progestin and should be preventing growth of the endometrium. See your doctor to look into your symptoms. Without knowing what they are, I can't tell you what else might be causing them. Hope this helps.
