Cherry angioma: Red raised spots on the chest / back are often cherry angiomas - benign growths of blood vessels. The stuff in there is blood and they will bleed if you pick at them. They can be frozen or removed although that is certainly not necessary. If one is enlarging or changing rapidly ( do not expect this to happen) see your doc.
