See Below: A number of factors affect how long ecstasy will stay in your body, such as: • Body weight and fat • Amount and strength of the ecstasy used • Level of activity • Amount of water drunk Also, it is possible that you still had it on your clothing when you were tested, unless you have gotten all new clothing since you have been sober.
