A member asked:

What are the health benefits of eating tree nuts?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not much: There's protein and calories. Some folks are allergic. Food choices are a very minor component to health maintenance, with a few exceptions involving avoiding things that make particular people sick. You'd be doing yourself a huge favor if you focus on getting plenty of exercise and sensible overall eating rather than looking for magic foods. I bet you already know that. Best wishes.
