Are follicular lymphoma and agent orange related at all?

Follicular lymphoma: ...belongs to a larger category of disease called Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL). NHL was found to occur at higher rates in Vietnam veterans (~1.5x higher) than in the general population. This was presumed to be related to dioxin contamination in the "agent orange" herbicide, since there are other studies that indicate it increases cancer risk. However, the connection is not definite.
