Hemorrhoid flare...: Bowel changes associated with ibs can flare hemorrhoids. Associated anal itching in this clinical setting is most likely from hemorrhoid irritation. Try using a otc hemorrhoid cream (either cortisone or prep-h) or tucks (witch hazel) wipe. Good luck!
