NEVER good: Persons with hypertension (=high blood pressure) can occasionally have a rebound elevation if they forget to take their medication on/near time. That may explain it, so can emotional stress (/excitement), etc. There are no signs/symptoms of high BP until something (usually a blood vessel, often in the brain) fails, resulting in stroke. Which is why it is "the silent killer." call dr if still high.
