The question you should be asking is SHOULD you be drinking alcohol if you are wearing a holter. 1) If you are wearing a holter, the physician who ordered it is thinking you have an arrythmia. ALCOHOL is ARRYTHMOGENIC, so no.. Unless #2 2) Now, if your doctor wants to see if Alcohol is causing your arrythmia thats a different story.
