2 mechanisms. 1) Roots of baby teeth, which are 3x larger than crown, dissolve away & crown falls out. 2) Underlying permanent teeth grow, as forming roots elongate, and help push baby tooth crowns fall out. See your Dentist for exam/x-ray to find out what's going on.
