Not usually much: As exercise can lead to fasciculations, as in twitching of the muscle. If you notice twitches all the time even when not working out then you should have that evaluated in person, particularly if accompanied by weakness. Otherwise try to minimize your stress levels, make sure you are sleeping well, boost your magnesium intake with a small amount of nuts, bananas and/or spinach, avoid stimulants
