Numerous: Can range from writer's cramp, a dystonia, weakness or numbness due to pinched nerve, micro-graphia in Parkinson's, shaking due to essential tremor, incoordination due to cerebellar lesion, etc., but even adverse effects of some medications, drugs, and alcohol.
