Response style: Individuals are more resilient to stress or negative events are more likely to possess positive coping methods and fewer ineffective coping methods that may complicate their response to a situation. They also tend to filter negative information differently, seeing challenges as opportunity. Resilient individuals are also more open to opportunity, allowing for alrernative paths to personal growth.
