Vitamin deficiencies: There is a long list. A main one to watch out for is Vitamin D. Your doc can check your level and you can supplement. Vegetarians are at risk of low Vitamin B 12. This can be supplemented with the use of Sublingual B 12 tablets. Peace and good health. Food is the best source for vitamins but our soil is depleted so food is not always reliable.
