Rash or no rash? : Without a rash, i would think about neuralgias. If a rash is present, then i would suspect an allergy reaction to something. Itchiness is due to histamine release and give you this sensation. A physician should be able to provide you with more specific diagnoses based on other findings.

Difficult to say: Rashes need to b seen to diagnose better. May be allergic rxn to soap/detergent/ perfume/medication/radiologic contrast (dye), insect bites or dozen other things. See pcp or dermatologist for evaluation & treatment.

Allergy/Scabies/othe: For immediate relief from itching you can take Benadryl (diphenhydramine) for ithing but you need to consult your dictor or a dermatologist for proper diagnosis and appropriate treatment
