Work out: Yes it is safe to work out and should be done at least twice a week. Preventing low blood sugar from exercise is important and must be avoided. I recommend that you see a diabetes educator and a physical trainer before you start working out. You do not need low blood sugars as you know so you must work hard at not letting that happen.
