Human rights: Please think about what you're asking. HIV isn't curable. To "eradicate" would require exterminating everyone who is infected. I hope this is not what you mean -- some people have called for this, and I hope u totally reject the idea. People are going to have sex and some people are going to use needle drugs and slipshod medical procedure may still exist. You can't stop this but there's progress.
