Health w/out vitamin: Yes, we can be healthy w/out taking vitamins. Our food is the best source of nutrition but the quality of our soil is poorer than in the past so the food is not as nutritious as it used to be. A good multivitamin can be a good back up for what we may be low on due to diet, stress, taking medication, etc. Peace and good health.
