Yes, the very nature: of anxiety suggests that we are either cognitively or biochemically fearful of something. With social support or books you can gently but firmly face the fear little by little. You can maintain and spiritual beliefs you have but use mindfulness meditation or Eastern philosophies to help. Peace and good health.
