No: Generally the ideal amount of sleep is felt to be 7 hours, with a range of 6-8 hours. There is good evidence that sleeping only 5 hours a night is bad for health. Sleep deprivation can lead to obesity, heart disease, diabetes, depression and possibly shortened life span. It also impairs mental performance. Not good: At ur age,at this sleep rate you will be really sick and most likely get into a Auto collision in next few weeks if not months. Sleep deprivation is a crime against ur body. It's the time the brain gets to heal and rest to start working when you wake up. If it's Not a money issue , kindly sleep 7 hrs at minimum. Loss of focus,thought process,analysis and judgement are all going to be impaired soon
