Why do you think it is that when my stool does float it always seems to be when i go in the morning and sinks if i go in the afternoon? any idea?

Fats: Stools float because of fat eaten. Perhaps you customarily eat fats for dinner and not for breakfast. Floating stools are not preferred. Perhaps you are headed to be mostly a vegetarian.
