Doctor thinks i have acid reflux, but i have a lot of mucus when i wake up, then goes away throughout day. should i clear throat,ignore or swallow it?

Possible Sinus?: Lots of things can cause you to have mucus when you wake. What you do with it, probably doesn't matter too much. I would see your doctor and consider something like nasal steroids (flonase, nasonex (mometasone) etc) to see if the mucus decreases. Room air humidifier at night, decongestants also may help.
