Talk to your doc: Anxiety is treated with medications, cognitive-behavioral therapy, exercise, mindfulness (yoga, meditation) and some homeopathic tx. Take a few minutes and write down your worries and what you can do to affect them. Fill out a standardized anxiety checklist like the beck anxiety inventory. Bring these to your primary doc, talk about tx options. Homeopathic isn't always safer, your doc can help.
