Discuss with your MD: Your fertility doctor is the one who should be answering this questions for you. My experience however is that in order to maximize efficacy you want clomid (clomiphene) working just as soon as follicles are being recruited, with later use leading to a less optimal follicle support. There is more data to say that starting earlier is okay than later, but check with your MD.
