See doctor: The most effective medication for preventing male pattern baldness is finasteride, You would need to see your doctor to see if this medication is right for you. There is over the counter minoxidil which is helpful in some patients but not in others, results are mixed. Then there are surgical options and you would need to find a doctor in your area that does this procedure. Good luck.

It's your choice: Look around and you'll notice there's a fairly close correlation with the speed at which you get male pattern baldness and the amount of chest hair with which you are naturally blessed. In addition to Rx's mentioned, consider embracing who you are, shaving your head, acquiring baseball caps / nice facial hair, and getting your body back into great shape. NOTHING looks better or more masculine.
