I have black pepper in my nose.i already used nasal spray but then after i blew my nose,should i use it again?the bottle said to only use it every8hrs

What kind of spray?: if it is saline nasal wash use it again, given that you have an irritant in your nose, no problem with overusing it, but if it is other kind of spray like a degongestant or steroid, I would follow the recommendation, if the pain and irritation don't go away, hopefully they will, please seek medical attention
