So on day 12 of cycle i had very light pink spotting then on day 14 brownish spotting now it's day 16 very dark brownish black color spotting confused?

Old blood: Most likely this darker blood is older blood that has been left from your previous period(s) in your uterus, cervix and upper vagina that is just now deciding to come out and cause some brown/dark brown/black spotting. If it continues in large amounts I would advise you see your doctor to make sure everything's ok but otherwise t his isn't too unusual. Take care!
