Have you missed a period?: If not, and your tests are negative, you are not pregnant. If you are late or missed a period, but tests are negative it's also unlikely you could be pregnant. it could be possible if you test too early. Since you have not reported symptoms I can't comment, but generally symptoms are too non-specific to indicate pregnancy absent a missed period. Good wishes.
