Missed Periods: With a negative pregnancy test after two months, we have to look at other causes of amenorrhea. There are many, ranging from stress, to temporary hormone imbalances, poly cystic ovary disease, pelvic infection, endocrine conditions such as thyroid disease, and many others. I would suggest a thorough evaluation by a GYN specialist to get to the root of the temporary condition.
