Not advisable.: Doubling the dose of your Pill may arrest the bleeding, but it's NOT advisable. First, it would be a temporary fix at best. Second, by doubling the dose, you'll run out of active pills too soon & risk more menstrual irregularities. Finally, doubling the dosage will increase the chance of side effects, including the possibility of blood clots. Please contact your prescribing physician instead.
