Unlikely: Assuming you have normal adult levels of male hormones, the pigmentation, thickness and pattern of facial hair are determined primarily by your genes. While you may get more facial hair in the next decade or so, there's not much you can do besides wait. Also, there's so much natural variation in facial hair from one guy to another that there's really no such thing as "normal."
